The Vasundhara International Film Festival moved in 2009 to Nashik. The festival concentrates on films addressing world wide and local environmental issues. DIRK India supports the idea to highlight environmental problems and to publish smart solutions for such problems. The event starts on 5th August and will end on 9th August 2009.
Besides screening more than 80 films the event presents a photo exhibition, daily nature walks, podium discussions of well known environmentalists and environmental lectures.
