The reputable range of POZZOCRETE grades used as partial cement replacement in structural concrete are produced by mechanical air classification of raw fly ash. The process selects certain particle sizes out of a multitude of particle sizes present in the raw ash. The selection process automatically results in to a number of de-selection grades which are not POZZOCRETE and meet none of the Indian or international standards for fly ash to be used in structural concrete. These grades are sold by DIRK India to a number of traders providing this material to alternative beneficial use, such as in fertilizers, block making, soil improvement, road embankments, fiber roofing sheets and various other application.
Organisations with such applications can select from a number of grades of de-classified fly ash. By clicking on the following link their typical physical and chemical properties can be seen as well as the properties of the classified POZZOCRETE grades:

The available volume of these de-classified materials is dependent on the changing production program of the Nashik POZZOCRETE plant. Potential users should contact our sales office and book their demand early enough to avoid disappointment. The declassified materials are called P10,P20 or P30 and not POZZOCRETE. Packaging is not showing the DIRK Trademark logo and clients have to undertake that they will not sell such ash into structural concrete to avoid structure failures. Invoices and delivery challans are marked in this respect.
