Fly Ash classification rejects provided free of charge to local end-users

January 26, 2007

When producing POZZOCRETE products (partial cement replacement) for high quality concrete, certain coarse particles are separated from the raw fly ash by mechanical air classification. This coarse ash is beneficial for brick and block making and can be converted into ground stabilisation products. DIRK India provides the conditioned ash (moist) free loaded to any end-user and offers a spectrum of Fly Ash Bound Mixtures for many roadwork applications.

Since several decades there is a lot of experience especially with Fly Ash Bound Mixtures (FABM) for road construction in Europe. The UK Quality Ash Association produced a data sheet to show the composition of such mixtures and their application. Please click on the in size reduced table to be able to read the table.

DIRK India is able to produce such fly ash blends in their conditioning plant which was recently installed at the Nashik POZZOCRETE plant
