When producing POZZOCRETE products (partial cement replacement) for high quality concrete, certain coarse particles are separated from the raw fly ash by mechanical air classification. This coarse ash is beneficial for brick and block making and can be converted into ground stabilisation products. Since several decades there is a lot of experience especially with Fly Ash Bound Mixtures (FABM) for road construction in Europe.
