Georg Dirk introduced in the year 1999 the use of quality assured and processed fly ash as partial cement  replacement in to India. What seemed to be an impossible job in 1999 became very quickly common practice. The construction industry realized the concrete quality improvements which Dirk was demonstrating again and again. Now he is worried that mere economical cost savings are thought after whilst neglecting strict quality control of what was initially the wast of coal fired power stations turned in to a valuable commodity.
