As suggested by its chairman (Georg Dirk) at the recent board meeting of DIRK India, Mr. Saji Pillai was appointed CEO of the company. Mr. Pillai was acting as Director Finance of DIRK India prior to his new appointment. Georg Dirk (the promoter of DIRK India will continue his work as Managing Director.
