On this year's World Environment Day (5th June 2010) the DIRK POZZOCRETE plant had an Open Day. The Public and anyone interested was invited to see the performance of the film :"From Grey Ash to Green World" and to experience DIRK's recycling process in operation. A strong delegation of the Maharashtra State Pollution Control Board (MPCB) visited the plant and assisted in planting some further trees on the factory grounds, followed by an inspection of the POZZOCRETE plant.
