Since 2 months the test certificates (as prescribed by the Bureau of Indian Standards) are now available online for each and every delivery. Customers having a login for our dispatch report will be able to open the respective test certificate online.As a further service the final 28 days strength results will be entered in the report. After completion customers will receive an e-mail with the completed report attached.
Test reports are normally attached to the transport and invoicing documents of each consignment. A number of entries say "to be awaited" as the tests can not be completed within hours, rather within days and weeks. Customers would normally ring our techn ical department asking for the updated (completed) test certificates.
From now on this is not anymore required. Once a certificate is completed it is e-mailed to the customer on spot. If the customer wants to see other "awaited" values, he can enter into our dispatch report which can be accessed via our web-page and see the progress on testing.
As we are catching up on completed reports, some customers might get an avalanche of test-reports to cover the period of the last 2 months.
