Launch of PozzoTar

October 27, 2004

The road surface industry in India  has its own chronic problems. One of the major problems it faces is consistency in the supply of raw materials. Particularly, stone dust, which is used as the filler material, can act in an unpredictable manner if the quality of the same and  the grit used is not controlled.

Dirk India is pleased to launch its brand new product "PozzoTar" as an additive cum filler for the asphalt/bitumen  hot mix which not only helps in attaining reduction in bitumen but also enhances the properties of the mix.

PozzoTar is a high quality  pozzolan  (a power station by product) .  PozzoTar specifications are formulated in such a way that a typical grading and spherical shape of the particles improves the properties of the mix.

Dirk India also supports the industry with mix design assistance to ensure the most effective application of  PozzoTar.
