With the aim to study the Nashik Fly Ash project from its environmental and economical influence on emerging countries and the use of POZZOCRETE cement replacement in Ghana, Mr. Georg Dirk welcomed Prof. Micomac Kwesi Bart-Plange and Dr. Epsona Harry Ayamga at the Nasik plant and the Fly Ash information Centre.
The guests were most interested in the quality control systems at the Dirk plant at Nashik and the improvement POZZOCRETE could bring to construction in flood endangered areas in Ghana. It was agreed that some container loads will be despatched to Ghana for practical trests.
Dr. Ayamga pointed out that Ghana is specifically looking at construction material which have no negative impact on our environment and help to reduce the CO2 emissions.
