Under the guidance of Mayur Pathak (Director of the Maharashtra Fly Ash Information Center) 38 students and three of their lecturers from the "Metropolitan Institute of Technology and Management" Sindhudurga attended a three day course "Elements of concrete technology and World of processed fly ash"
The MFIC at Nashik was created in 2004 by the chairman of Dirk India Private Ltd to disseminate the knowledge of improving concrete quality and performance as well as the positive environmental impact the beneficial use of Fly Ash gnerates.
